ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE SURVEY
A Culture Survey that is authored, administered, and analyzed by CITC will be distributed to all members of the organization. The anonymous survey gauges employees' perceptions of the organization's health in three parts: Organizational Culture, Supervisory Culture, and Contributor (Employee) Culture. All answers are anonymous and confidential and used to understand current and shape future responsive workplace practices within the organization. CITC shares results with leadership in holistic reports to help determine next-steps for organizational inclusion.

CONTENT REVIEW 
A consultant will review documents (such as, but not limited to, curriculum, reports, or articles) to edit for inclusive and clear language for broad cross-cultural impact.

CASE STUDIES 
If your team is struggling to navigate intercultural relationships, a consultant can meet to review challenging situations, offer training, and guide team members in applying strategies to cross-cultural scenarios in safe practice environments.
