1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By engaging in Enneagram 1-1 Consulting Services ("Services") provided by Culturally Intelligent Training & Consulting, LLC ("Provider"), you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any Services.

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Provider offers tiered consulting packages focused on Enneagram typing and Cultural Intelligence development. Services may include but are not limited to: personal assessments, one-on-one consultation sessions, customized development plans, educational materials, and follow-up communications.

 

Once Client books sessions, a CITC consultant will send an email within 24 hours confirming booking, with instructions on how to take the Enneagram iEQ9 assessment and schedule online sessions, offered over Zoom or Microsoft Teams (client’s choice).

Client agrees to complete the Enneagram iEQ9 assessment at least 24 hours prior to the first appointment. If this requirement is not met, the session will be postponed and a rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.

 

3. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Scheduling

All sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, subject to Provider's availability. Scheduling is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

 

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Provider reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or emergency and will offer alternative dates and times.

 

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Fees

• Fees for Services are as published on Provider's website or as quoted directly to Client.

• All fees are due in full prior to the commencement of Services.

 

4.2 Payment Methods

Provider accepts payment via [list acceptable payment methods].

 

4.3 Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

• Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session has been conducted.

• In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at Provider's sole discretion.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Provider Materials

All materials, methodologies, assessments, and content provided to Client during the Services remain the intellectual property of Provider or their respective owners. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for personal development purposes only.

 

5.2 Restrictions

Client shall not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise use Provider's materials for commercial purposes or share with third parties without prior written consent.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 Client Information

Provider will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and disclosures made during sessions, except:

• Where required by law

• To prevent harm to Client or others

• Where Client has given express permission for information sharing

 

6.2 Session Content

Client agrees not to record sessions without prior written consent from Provider.

 

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 No Guarantees

Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from the Services. Enneagram typing and consulting are offered as tools for personal development and not as psychological or medical treatment.

 

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Complete the Enneagram iEQ9 assessment at least 24 hours before the scheduled first appointment 

• Actively participate in sessions

• Complete any agreed-upon between-session assignments

• Use the Services for personal development purposes only

• Not attend sessions under the influence of substances that could impair participation

 

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

9.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of Service provision and applicable sections survive termination.

 

9.2 Termination

• Provider reserves the right to terminate Services if Client violates these Terms or if Provider determines that the Services are not appropriate for Client's needs.

• Client may terminate Services at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund policies stated herein.

 

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with [applicable mediation rules].

Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to Provider's website or direct notification to Client.

 

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

10.5 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

 

10.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Client and Provider regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.

 

By scheduling or participating in Services, Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
